This is how it all started…
From a young age, I’ve had a passion for helping others. My early jobs involved babysitting, homework help, lifeguarding, and teaching dance. As I grew, I continued to teach dance and also started a career in healthcare as a surgical technologist. Over the past ten years, I have had bariatric surgery and been diagnosed with Celiac disease, and one of my children has been diagnosed with lactase deficiency. Now, I spend time reaching out online to help others in their bariatric, celiac, and other life journeys.
As 2023 came to a close, my family had the opportunity to move to a beautiful, peaceful area in the thumb of Michigan. My wonderful husband has been so supportive of this dream of mine to recharge my body and refocus my passion for helping people to the blogging universe. I truly could not do this without him.
